One of five young journalists selected for nine-month stipend in Berlin. Reported dozens of stories from Berlin, for outlets including NPR, PRI, Marketplace, Deutsche Welle, and Radio Netherlands. Served as guest editor with Germany’s international Deutsche Welle radio network.

Selected by the largest business news program (four million listeners) in the country broadcasting on NPR stations to contribute to daily show production by managing same-day content, editing spot stories, recording and mixing interviews, reporting stories and assigning reporters. Broadened program audience to younger listeners and secured new funding sources by launching and producing podcast; quickly became most popular web product offered with 75,000 listeners weekly.
